My favorite smoothie bowl recipe for perfect digestion and weight loss:

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened, vanilla almond milk
  • 1 – 2 cups greens
  • 1 small handful of dates
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 1 tbspn flaxseed oil
  • 1 tbspn flaxseed

My favorite toppings for my smoothie bowl:

  • artisanal granola
  • toasted coconut flakes
  • dried date pieces
  • dried blueberries/cranberries
  • almonds/cashews
  • blueberries
